2020 Fee adjustment Seychelles

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (“Seychelles FSA”) had circulated a revision of fees under the International Business Companies Act, 2016 on 29 November 2019.

The revision of the Incorporation fee and annual fee will come into effect on 1st April 2020.

The late renewal fees payable as from 1st April 2020 will be as follows:

It is to be noted that for all transactions carried out before 1st April 2020, the current fees will be applicable. The new revised fees will be applicable to all transactions carried out on or after 1st April 2020.

Please be advised that the Portcullis service fee will increase by USD55.00 per company. This increase will be reflected in your next renewal invoice for the 2020 renewal year.

2020年费用调整 – 塞舌尔

賽席爾金融服務管理局（下稱「賽席爾金管局」）已於2019年11月29日發出公告，說明修改2016年國際商業公司法所規定的各項費用。

修改後的公司設立費及年費自2020年4月1日起生效。

自2020年4月1日起應付的延遲年費如下：

應注意，2020年4月1日之前完成的所有交易適用目前費率，而2020年4月1日起完成的所有交易，則適用修改後的新費率。

謹在此告知，保得利服務費將調整每公司增加美元55.00元。本項新增服務費將列於2020年續約年度的下一期年費發票中。
