Cayman Fee Adjustment Notice

Foremost, please allow us to apologize for this late notice on the adjustment to the Cayman annual renewal fee.

Our Cayman filing agents have advised that there will be an increase in their service fee this coming year 2023 due to global inflationary pressures. The initial proposed increase by our filing agents was to introduce a significant increase this renewal period. However, after some negotiation, Portcullis was able to negotiate for the increase to be managed in two tranches namely an increase of USD50.00 this 2023 renewal year and a further increase for the 2024 renewal year. We were unable to receive confirmation of the amount for the next renewal period.

Portcullis understands that clients have not only had to manage inflationary pressure from all quarters but also additional fees as a result of ever-changing regulations. Please be advised that Portcullis’ adjustments in its fees for Cayman entities in the next 2 years is only to accommodate the increase in our filing agent’s fees.

A GENTLE REMINDER

We take this opportunity to remind all companies that they must notify the corporate service provider under the Companies Act, 2022 Revision (and as amended from time to time) of any changes to information on Directors and Officers, Shareholders and Beneficial Owners, to ensure that this is updated in the Registers within the stipulated timeframes.

首先，請讓我們對於遲發本開曼年費調整通知函致歉。

我們的開曼申報代理人已告知，由於全球性的通貨膨脹壓力，申報代理人服務費將在來年2023年調漲。開曼申報代理人最初擬定的調漲方案，原擬於本申報年度進行大幅調漲。然而，在來回協商後，保得利終協商議定調漲方案分兩次進行，亦即2023申報年度調漲美元50元，2024申報年度再調漲。本公司未能收到確認下一年度的調漲金額。

保得利了解， 貴客戶不僅必須處理來自四面八方的通膨壓力，亦須面對因不斷修改法規所導致的額外費用。在此謹告知 貴客戶，保得利在未來兩年對調整其開曼實體費用，將只因應本公司代理人服務費增加。
