CIMA Notice Liquidation Policy 2019 – Cayman Islands

This circular relates to a notice issued by the Cayman Islands Registry on the Annual Fee Policy for Companies in Liquidation for the year 2019.

The following is the policy to be used for dealing with companies having a Status of Liquidation.

Companies that submit for filing on or before 31 January 2019 that the final general meeting has been held and accounts laid and accepted — pay no annual fees for 2019.

Companies that submit for filing on or after 1 February 2019 that the final general meeting has been held and accounts laid and accepted — pay 100% of the relevant annual fee.
