Economic Substance Rules

The Economic Substance Rules (previously referred to as the Economic Substance Code) under the Economic Substance (Companies and Limited Partnership) Act ,2018 (the “Act”) have now been published and are now referred to as the “Rules”.

The Rules will replace the draft Code and will take effect on the date when the Beneficial Ownership Secure Search System (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2019 comes into effect.

If you have not already returned the classification form which we had previously sent out, please complete and do so now as all entities within scope of ES are now required to show substance in the BVI (as of 30 June).

經濟實質規則

2018年經濟實質（公司與有限合夥公司）法（下稱「經濟實質法」）之下的經濟實質規則（之前稱經濟實質法則）目前已頒布公告，以下稱「經濟實質規則」。

經濟實質規則將取代經濟實質法則草案，並於2019年最終受益人安全搜尋系統（修正）（第3）法生效之日實施。

貴公司如尚未交回本公司之前已送出的分類表，請立即妥善填寫後交回本公司，因為屬於經濟實質範圍內的所有實體，現在必須顯示其在英屬維京群島的經濟
實質（截至6月30日）。
