We have exciting news to share about our fintech associate company: Fusang Exchange. Regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority, Fusang Exchange is Asia’s first and only fully licensed digital stock exchange available to retail investors.

Fusang Exchange has launched their full-stack offering for companies to execute an end-to-end public offering (IPO), unlocking secondary market liquidity into the fast growing digital securities ecosystem. The solution includes onboarding, due diligence, filing, auditing, and custody of blockchain-native shares to list on Fusang Exchange’s Main Board (for retail investors), or Private Market (for sophisticated investors).

Listing on Fusang Exchange allows companies to offer their shareholders the same consumer protection as traditional paper-based shares. Additionally, companies are able to access global investors 24/7, who can subscribe to their IPO in a direct-toconsumer model without the need for intermediary brokers and their associated fees.
