We refer to our previous circular on the adjustment of Cayman Fees issued on 26 September 2022.

FEE ADJUSTMENT NOTICE 2024

Please note that our Cayman filing agents have confirmed that the foreshadowed 2024 renewal year increase will be USD50.00. As with the previous year’s adjustment, Portcullis’ adjustment in its fees for the 2024 renewal year is only to accommodate the increase in our filing agent’s fees.

This increase will be reflected in your next renewal invoice for the 2024 renewal year.

A GENTLE REMINDER

We take this opportunity to remind all companies that they must notify the corporate service provider under the Companies Act, 2023 Revision (and as amended from time to time) of any changes to information on Directors and Officers, Shareholders and Beneficial Owners, to ensure that this is updated in the Registers within the stipulated timeframes.

請注意，本公司的開曼申報代理人已確認預計2024年費增加美金50元。如同上個年度，保得利調整2024年費是為因應本公司代理人費用的增加。

此調漲將反映在下一個年度2024 年費發票中。
