Notification on Change of Terms and Conditions for Corporate and Related Services

We are writing to inform you that Portcullis Group and Baxian Group have each updated their Terms and Conditions for Corporate and Secretarial Services.

With effect from 1 May 2023, these updated terms will apply to all company incorporation, entity formation, registered office, registered agent, corporate secretarial and other related or ancillary services provided by all Portcullis Group and Baxian Group offices.
