REMINDERS – Cayman Register of Members Updates

We refer to our previous circular requiring companies to maintain certain additional information in its Register of Members. You may access a copy of the circular here

For your convenience, a copy of the revised Register of Members template may also be accessed here

The timeline to complete the amended Register of Members is as follows:

a. For a company which is incorporated or registered after the commencement of the Amendment Law, no later than three (3) months from 8 August 2019;

b. For a company which is incorporated or registered before the commencement of the Amendment Law, no later than six (6) months from 8 August 2019.

This is a courtesy reminder that we have yet to receive your revised Register of Members for record. Please endeavour to return a copy prior to expiration of the deadline.

為 貴公司方便作業，下列網站亦可存取修改版的制式股東名冊

完成修改版股東名冊的時間表如下：

在公司修正法開始實施後設立或登記的公司，必須在2019年8月8日起三個月內完成。
在公司修正法開始實施前設立或登記的公司，必須在2019年8月8日起六個月內完成。

本函乃善意催告，本公司尚未接獲 貴公司的修改版股東名冊，以供備存。請務必在期限屆滿前送交一份修改版股東名冊。
