Speaker’s Profile

Morris Huang is group director of the Portcullis Group. Morris has over 10 years’ experience in private fund structuring and is familiar with relevant regulations of Singapore, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, Taiwan and China. He has helped many HNW families, independent fund managers and major fund houses in Asia with optimizing their fund structures. Morris previously worked for the International Tax Department of Deloitte Taipei and has experience in tax treaties, transfer pricing, international estate planning, EU and US tax law, and international tax planning for multinational enterprises. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the Taiwan University and a LL.M degree in International Taxation from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
