Service Address for Filing ROD – SEYCHELLES

All Seychelles International Business Companies are now required to place the following additional director information the Services Address of the Directors to their Register of Directors and file it with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority of Company Registrar within twelve months from 06 August 2021 as prescribed by the Seychelles International Business Companies Act and other Related Laws (Amendment) Act, 2021. The additional Director information on the Register of Directors MUST file on or before 05 August 2022.

PENALTY

A failure to comply with the above Regulations will result in late penalty fee not exceeding USD10,000.

ACTION REQUIRED

To assist your entity to meet its obligation to update the additional information on the Register of Directors, we have included the Directors’ Residential Address as the Service of Documents Address for your confirmation. Should the information be incorrect, please confirm to us the new Service of Documents Address. Kindly confirm the details to us within 30 days from today date (before 30 June 2022) for an Early Bird fee of USD45 for disbursement cost only.

Any confirmation after 30 June 2022, Portcullis will charge a fee of USD175 for preparation, amending and re-filing the details of Register of Directors to the Seychelles Authority.

Please ENSURE that the entity’s Register of Directors is accurate and up-to-date and file any changes within 30 days of such change to avoid any non-compliance of the regulations and late filing penalties.

賽什爾群島-董事名冊歸檔新增送達地址

現在所有塞席爾國際商業公司被要求在其董事名冊中新增下列董事資料：董事的文件送達地址，並在2021年8月6日起12個月內將之提交塞席爾金融服務管理局公司登記處，悉依塞席爾國際商業公司法及其他2021年相關法規（修正）法的規定。本項董事名冊的新增董事資料必須在2022年8月5日之前提交。

罰則

未遵守上述規定者，將導致被處以美元10,000元以下的延遲罰款。

必要的作為

為協助貴實體遵守更新董事名冊新增資料的義務，本公司已將董事住家地址加入作為其文件送達地址，請 貴實體確認。倘該資料不正確，請向本公司確認新的文件送達地址。請於今日起30日內(2022年6月30日之前)向本公司確認上述詳細資料，即得享早鳥價格美元45元。

2022年6月30日之後確認者，本公司將收取準備、修正及補交董事名單資料給塞席爾主管機關的費用美元175元。

請務必確保貴實體的董事名冊資料正確且經過更新，資料若有任何變更，請在變更後30日內提交詳細的變更資料，以免遭受違法或遲交罰款。
